We have been very busy working on the Shelby GT500 restoration, but we have another restomod project going on that we would like to share with you as well. We have been working on this 1955 Chevrolet Bel air restoration for a few months.
This car originally came to us as a complete running car. After discovering that certain details on the car were not up to our standards, we chose to turn it into a project build. This required us to strip it back down, repair some bodywork and start to put together a vision of what we wanted to do with this Bel-air. Our team came up with the idea of doing an updated version of this chevy with a white and black theme. To make this come to life we needed to do a full repaint, powder coat the trim, reupholster the interior, rebuild the motor and customize the wheels and ride height. When we are finished, this car will be a combination of gloss and matte white on the exterior with all trim and chrome powder coated white. It will have an all Black motor and the interior will be white and black as well. Here are some photos of this car so far, check back soon to see our progress on this ’55 Chevy Bel Air.
