High-End Car Audio and Electronics Installer

Position Summary:
We are searching globally for the absolute pinnacle of talent to join our elite team as a Automotive Aftermarket, Electrical Technician. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in integrating cutting-edge technology into luxury and custom vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-performance car audio systems, alarm systems, and other electronic enhancements. Success in this role is defined by flawless installations, innovative problem-solving, and an ability to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Install high-end car audio systems, including amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, and other audio components.
• Integrate car alarms, remote start systems, LED lighting, backup cameras, dash cameras, and radar detection systems.
• Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers and sales associates on product choices and installation options.
• Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and integrate new systems with existing vehicle electronics, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and performance issues effectively.
• Flash modules for remote starts, car alarms, and other integrated systems.
• Use and understand part lookup tools for installation kits from suppliers like Metra, PAC, and 12-Volt Solutions.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of custom interior concepts for high-end and luxury vehicles.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive 12-volt installation.
• MECP certification is highly preferred (or the willingness to become certified within a reasonable timeframe).
• Experience with Viper remote start and car alarm systems is a plus.
• Must possess a personal set of specialty tools (additional equipment, including a company laptop, will be provided).
• Strong background in working with high-end and luxury vehicles.
• Proven experience in reading and understanding wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with part lookup and installation processes for products from Metra, PAC, and similar companies.
• 3D printing and modeling experience is a plus.
• Skills in custom fabrication are highly desirable.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
