Primary Responsibilities:
General building maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing the facility.
Electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
Maintaining floors, bathrooms, doors, parking lot, etc.
Drywall repair and painting.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards for safe work practice, hazard assessment and mitigation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
