Winter racing in the Sonoran Desert. Apex Motor Club runs 4.4 miles of asphalt across two phases south of Phoenix, and the Challenge Series works it from November to April, when Arizona is at its best and everywhere else is frozen. Every scored weekend is a double-header, with one race on Friday and one race on Saturday. Configurations stay open until APEX confirms them, so the homework is never quite done.

Two and three quarter miles, 21 corners, 200 feet of elevation, an hour east of Tucson. INDE Motorsports Ranch was built as a private circuit for people who wanted the track to themselves, and the IMR Challenge Series turns it into a season. Six rounds through the high desert, where the corners come quickly and the run off is scenery. No grandstands to play to, just the stopwatch.

One chassis, one spec tire, nowhere to hide. Radical Cup North America puts near identical prototypes on the continent's great road courses and lets the driving settle it. Light cars, enormous grip, and grids that finish closer than they start. The 2027 calendar opens at Sebring and stays preliminary until the series confirms it, so rounds and dates can still move.

The support bill that races like a headline act. Michelin Pilot Challenge runs on IMSA weekends at the circuits that matter, from the Daytona banking in January to the Road Atlanta esses in October. Ten rounds of production based machinery, multi class traffic and races long enough that strategy, tire management and a clean pit stop decide them long before the flag.

All endurance, no sprints. The VP Racing SportsCar Challenge returns for 2027 with LMP3 prototypes and the Grand Sport GSX class for SRO GT4 homologated cars, across seven events running from 90 minutes to three hours. Long enough to punish a mistake in the opening stint, short enough that nobody gets to manage the pace. Prototypes and GT cars sharing the same asphalt, at very different speeds.

The 2027 LMP2 calendar is built around the endurance classics, from the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the Twelve Hours of Sebring to the Six Hours of The Glen and Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. The class also brings its purpose-built prototypes to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, Road America, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, creating a season that rewards preparation, pace, and reliability from the opening green flag to the final stint.

Cars that made their names on these circuits, driven the way they were meant to be. HSR runs vintage and historic endurance racing under IMSA sanction, headlined by the Classic 24 Hour at Daytona and the Classic 12 Hour at Sebring. Six decades of machinery sharing the same asphalt, run in period groups so the racing stays honest. Not a parade. A race, with history in the mirrors.
