The build in detail.

This 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible underwent an extensive, ground-up custom restoration to seamlessly blend iconic 1960s aesthetics with modern turnkey reliability. The exterior was stripped to bare metal, sandblasted, and flawlessly refinished in a striking Candy Apple Red. It sits beautifully on 14″x6″ Magnum 500 wheels wrapped in classic BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires, topped off with a pristine Ivory White Madrid convertible top, glass curtain, and boot.

Under the hood, power comes from a fully rebuilt 289 cubic-inch Small Block Ford V8, appropriately detailed in Ford Blue. Fuel delivery is expertly managed by a modern Holley Sniper EFI 2300 system, fed by a new 16-gallon EFI fuel tank and a 255 LPH pump. The engine is paired with a completely rebuilt C4 automatic transmission, breathing through a custom-fabricated exhaust system. A new aluminum radiator equipped with a high-performance Spal brushless cooling fan keeps the classic powerplant running at optimal temperatures.

The chassis and suspension were completely overhauled for superior drivability. Upgrades include KYB shocks, new 4-leaf standard duty rear springs, and completely refreshed steering components featuring a new manual steering box and power steering control valve. Stopping power is drastically improved thanks to a front power disc brake conversion with black calipers and drilled/slotted rotors, paired with freshly resurfaced rear drums.

Inside, the cabin was fully sound-proofed using a complete Dynamat custom kit and beautifully reupholstered in Ivory White Madrid vinyl. The dash was upgraded with a Dakota Digital VHX analog gauge cluster, featuring black faces with white illumination, alongside integrated HVAC controls and an upgraded stereo system. A Classic wood-grain steering wheel and a complete American Autowire electrical harness tie the interior together, ensuring this Mustang is as reliable as it is stunning.
