One shape.
Zero compromise.

The build in detail.

The original Ford GT40 won Le Mans outright four years running, a low, wide shape built to do one thing better than anything else on the road. This Superformance GT40 MKII is a licensed, road-legal continuation of that shape, chassis P/2424, built to the same proportions on a genuine rolling chassis. Crown’s job was to bring it the rest of the way home.

That means the drivetrain. A big-block V8 went in under close supervision, paired with a Tremec 5-speed manual and a proper gated shifter, the kind of detail that turns a static shape into something you actually drive. Custom stainless headers, full ignition and cooling system installation, and the wiring to make it all work together, all done in house.

Every Superformance chassis that comes through Crown gets the same finishing process. Full four-wheel alignment, a genuine road test to shake out anything that needs attention, and complete Arizona title and delivery paperwork so the car leaves ready to drive, not ready for more work. It is unglamorous, and it is exactly why these deliveries go smoothly.

Inside, fitted black leather and a low, purposeful cockpit keep the focus on the road ahead. This GT40 MKII left Crown as a complete, drive-ready car, one more genuine tribute to a shape that changed what a road car could look like.
